Sad news

It is with great sadness that we have to report that one of our great supporters Coun. John Leighton has died. Coun. Leighton was this years' Mayor of Devizes and made Kats&Kits one of his mayoral year charities along with Dorothy House and the Wiltshire Air Ambulance. Being true cat lovers, sharing their home with twelve lovely cats, we were very pleased when Coun Leighton and his wife Julie visited us last year to see our large family. Everyone at Kats&Kits would like to express their sympathy to Julie and her family at this sad time and hope that she will visit us again soon.

Run by a small dedicated team we aim to provide a home to rescued cats where re-homing is not a viable option.

This blog documents the daily challenges the group has overcome since 1994 to provide care and shelter for abandonded, stray and unwanted cats.
